Textile Time Traveller

Hi there fellow creatives

We had a wonderful workshop on Saturday here at @busybees_patchwork with Textile Time Traveller Isobel Brown. We had a lesson in the making of thread through the years and then made our own yarn using a drop spindle and then, in the afternoon we used a peg loom to create little coasters. It was an inspirational day with much fun and laughter!!! I've always wanted to learn how to use a drop spindle to make thread and with Isobel's expert tuition, I might have enough to knit a sweater soon,

Isobel is with us again on Saturday 14th March 2026, all materials are included and £70 for a fun-packed day it's the perfect present for a crafting relative, friend or even a pressie for yourself🤔🫡😍
