Shake your Booty at Wiggle Branch

Would you like to create a more calm and centered you? Join us for this immersive workshop. If you have pups they will benefit greatly from you doing this!

Break up the holiday routine and learn some de-stressing techniques. In this interactive workshop we will wiggle a bit with Shake your Soul Yoga Dance, balance the energy centers with Qigong and round it all out with some breath work and presence techniques.

Creating a more calm and centered you.

This event is for you if you feel stressed or anxious, would like to have a fun afternoon with like minded people or are just curious about a more holistic approach to healing.
