Come crop with us at the Apps Ridge Camp and Training Centre in Brantford (CEF Ontario). Our primary purpose is to have fun and raise funds for needy families or individuals.
NOTE: At this time, registration is open only to full-time weekend croppers attending the full 3-night event.
If you’d like to attend part-time (for days or partial days only), your name will be added to a waiting list. About a month before the event, we’ll contact you if space becomes available.
We may also be able to accommodate part-time guests who are sharing a table with a full-time attendee, but that decision will be made closer to the event to ensure we have enough long tables for everyone attending.
PRICES:
2 in a room $325 per person
Single rooms are minimal and sold out to those who were able to pre-register. All rooms must be shared with a roommate so that we can accommodate as many weekend croppers as possible. It is your responsibility to find a roommate.

Thursday, April 9th - Begins at 2:00 pm through
Sunday, April 12th - Ends at 2:00 pm

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Accommodations (dorm rooms)
6 or 8 ft. table for creating your masterpieces.
Games, prizes, and some surprises.
Two Potluck Dinners will be organized among all of us.
Pizza Night
Snacks and coffee are provided throughout the day, beginning on Friday.
Wifi connection
You are responsible for your own breakfasts and lunches. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerators right next to the crop area.
DORM ROOMS: Each dorm room has two single-sized bunk beds and an adjoining bathroom with the next room. A shower is available in all bathrooms. You are responsible for your own bedding and toiletries. Each room has its own thermostat (air conditioner/heater). We will not have more than 4 people sharing a bathroom (only two people per room). It will be your responsibility to find a roommate.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $75 will be required to hold your table and reserve your room for the weekend. Balance will be due about a month before the event. If you need to cancel, I recommend finding someone who can take your place.
