- **Event Description**: The RI Lighthouse Tour is a weekly photo "walk" that visits a lighthouse weekly through the spring/summer/fall. In this week's case, we'll be heading to Goat Island, one of 2 Newport lighthouses we'll be visiting this year.

The address for this lighthouse is 1 Goat Island Rd, but you don't actually want to go there directly. Ideally what you'll want to do is to park on the bridge (the parking is at the start of the bridge, but you can turn around in the hotel parking if you miss it the first time). You can also try to find street parking before getting to the bridge, I've never really tried to do that. I'll post a map the week before the event to help. If you go past the parking, you have to make a U turn by the hotel and come on back.

If you have a decent enough longer lens, you can also see Rose Island Foundation from Goat Island so that's like lighthouse 1.5 of the day.

We may do brunch after if people are interested.

Rain date will be after the last one scheduled during this year's Tour (so is kind of a moving target if other's get rescheduled).
