Chip Timing, UKA Licence, Course Measurement Certificate.
There is transport of runner’s kit from Newport to Ryde, this leaves Newport Methodist Church Hall at 14:45 (15 minutes before race start).


Safety Note:
For safety reasons the use of in-ear headphones is NOT permitted. In accordance with England athletics guidelines, bone conducting headphones are allowed
