This class is designed for all bodies, no matter your level of experience, and takes place in a warm and welcoming environment where you can move, breathe, and grow at your own pace.

What to Expect in 6 Weeks of Weekly Practice:

£45 for 6 consecutive classes which works out as £7.50 a class. Bring your own mat.
