Our main session will be hosted in the Regional Food Academy lecture theatre - a modern, food-grade facility equipped with full AV and demonstration capabilities. This inspiring setting offers an unrivalled environment for learning, discussion, and industry collaboration.

The Food Academy itself is a vibrant hub for food technology, product development, and sensory science. Facilities include:

• A product development kitchen and sensory evaluation room.
• A food production hall for creating cheeses, baked goods, beers, cured meats, and preserved foods.
• Instrumental analysis and microbiology labs for cutting-edge scientific study.
• Dedicated focus-group and seminar rooms designed for collaboration and innovation.
