- **Event Description**: Join us for yoga with the support of a chair!  Using props in yoga is a wonderful way to deepen and support yoga poses.  In this class students can expect to not only sit in the chair but also have the option using the chair for support for standing postures.  

This class is a Silver Sneakers certified class!  Receipts are given for other insurance carriers for reimbursement.  Senior cost is $6 cash or check.  

All are welcome!
