The carers' café offers a relaxed environment and social space to have fun, access wellbeing and peer support and to get advice.

Age UK Isle of Wight attend every week to provide a social chat or more specific wellbeing support, all tailored to you.

When: Every Friday, 1pm - 3pm
With the Age UK Isle of Wight team there from 1.30pm - 3pm.
Where: The John Cheverton Centre, Mountbatten, Halberry Lane, Newport, PO30 2ER
Who: All carers are welcome - this is a free to attend drop-in event. No booking or membership required.

If you're nervous about going alone, contact us to speak to one of our navigators who will be attending. They may be able to meet you outside and help you take the first step into getting some you time.
