This 30 minute Cardio Dance Class is a low-impact workout for parents & caregivers that combines easy dance moves, cardio, and strength training while safely wearing baby in an ergonomic carrier. These classes are designed to help build core strength, boost energy, improve posture/circulation, and foster bonding and social connection.

Postpartum can feel so lonely, and self care can feel unattainable when you’re trying to pour everything from your cup into motherhood. This class is for the moms (or caregivers) trying to get back out into social circles, while having fun and keeping your little one close. 

✨What to expect? Gentle choreographed movement to a variety of music. Get ready to step and shake it to artists such as Blackstreet, Lil Wayne, Britney & Rihanna. Think 2000’s baddie meets hip hop/Rnb…………. Who said baby classes can’t be for mom too?! 

***All fitness levels welcome! 
Though there will be organized movement, students are welcome to modify/adjust movements as needed. 

There will also be a 30 minute block before class for parents/caregivers to come and get their babies settled, and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Baby feeding is welcome in all capacities, no shame. We will also have a changing room available as well. 

✨Cost: $10 per pair (Adult/Baby) 
✨Age: Wearable (6+ Weeks)

Because these classes are designed for baby wearing, there must be one child per adult. With the exception being twins, triplets, etc.. Unfortunately, due to space and safety concerns, this class is exclusively for Adult/Baby pairs.

✨No Shoes, Barefoot Or Socks Only✨
To encourage soft/gentle movement, this Class will be barefoot or socks only. A new reusable pair of grippy yoga/dance socks will be given to each adult to use for Classes for convenience! 

Please place your outside shoes in our shoe area located on the second floor landing, to help keep our floors safe and  clean for little hands.
