Stretch and Sip 90's Glow Yoga

Let's kick off a 3rd annual event for Mindful Yoga Journey with a super fun Stretch and Sip themed •90's Glow Yoga Party!•

Bring your high energy, water and let's GLOW. We will provide glow sticks, body paint, light snacks, wine for those 21+ and some amazing 90's throwback music to flow to.

This class is suitable for all levels of yoga and will sell out quick!
