ZenfullyKJ is excited to host our second yoga workshop, where we’ll explore the foundations that lead into Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana) and Plow (Halasana).

Together, we’ll:

Break down the mechanics of each pose
Safely prepare the body step by step
Explore philosophy, discussion, warm-ups, and guided practice
Learn how to adapt the poses for what works best for you
This is a 90-minute, hands-on workshop, so you’ll receive guidance and support every step of the way. Some prior yoga experience is recommended, but there’s no need to feel intimidated; we’ll build from the ground up!

🧘 Bring your mat if you’d like, but don’t worry, we’ll provide mats and all the props you’ll need.

⚠️ Please note: This class is not suitable for expecting mothers or for individuals with heart, neck, or back conditions.
