New Years Day Restorative Yoga & Sound

Join Audrey Henriquez on New Year’s Day for this mindful practice focusing on poses that promote relaxation and restoration to help relieve the effects of chronic stress, as well as, common aches and pains in the body.

Expecgt a soothing environment with soft music and props available for modifications to achieve a restful posture. Expect little to no effort poses, & breathwork (pranayama) to deeply relax. Pose requires minimal effort and are held for several minutes, allowing the body time and space to deeply rest & reset.

To make this practice even more relaxing and restorative you will be guided to set a meaningful intention for the New Year.
