And yet, each of us carry with us the pain of our past:memories of moments and seasons that have shaped us, changed how we view the world around us, and affected how we relate to ourselves and one another. To be sure, we cannot change the past. And, we can engage our painful memories in ways that give meaning to our past, clarity to our present, and anticipation for our future up ahead.

Join us as we explore what it means to engage our painful memories with great care and deep honor through the lens of Faith, Hope, and Love. Together we will learn: the lasting impact of painful moments, how to engage memory with meaning, wisdom, and the care-full support of others, and the profound effect doing so can have on both your today and your tomorrow.
