Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed for the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) to maximize your impact and minimize your risk in a self-defense situation. It combines practical techniques from various Martial Arts to defend yourself on your feet or on the ground.
In this 6-week class, students will experience firsthand their own power, strength and resilience in a safe and disciplined atmosphere.
Classes will be held on Sundays from 10-11am:
Feb. 8, 15, 22, Mar. 1, 8, 15
Suitable for all fitness levels, beginners to Krav Maga, as well as those looking to sharpen their self-defense skills.
Classes will be taught by instructors from Krav Maga Hampton Roads.
Participants must be 13+ years old.
Individuals:
Passport Members - $200/person
Community Members - $250/person
For Families
1st Person: Passport - $200, Community - $250
2nd Person: Passport - $150, Community - $200
3rd Person: Passport - $100, Community - $150
