We’re proud to host Healthy Eating and Staying Active As We Age, a FREE 6-week program designed to empower older adults with practical tools, supportive connections, and easy steps toward better health.

? During this 6-week program, participants will learn:
✔️ Delicious, simple, low-cost recipes (with taste tests!)
✔️ Smart meal planning and food shopping tips to save time and money
✔️ Easy, safe ways to move and stay active
✔️ Supportive small-group learning with opportunities to build friendships

✨ Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions to receive free incentives.
