Chair Yoga Training

Broaden your teaching skills to include chair yoga. Yoga is for everyone! Even those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or bound to a wheelchair.
Join me on Sun January 11th to learn techniques and class sequences designed to build strength and flexibility in and with a chair. We will discuss specific issues our chair students face and how to help them with their specific needs.
AND we are at Coastal Fermentory, so feel free to sip on something delicious and refreshing while we dive in to these needed yoga methods.
