# Event Details - **Event Name**: Overnight Gong Concert - **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 10 Oct, 2026 at 06:00 pm – Sun, 11 Oct, 2026 at 08:00 am (-07:00) - **Event Description**: Enter the Sleeping Temple for an Overnight Gong Concert of planetary gongs, deep rest, dreaming, release, and renewal.About this EventMANNAZ • DAGAZOvernight Gong ConcertA Journey of Human Consciousness Into the LightFor over 25 years, the Gong Avatar Academy has carried forward the tradition of the Overnight Gong Concert — an immersive ceremonial experience where sound, meditation, sleep, and dreaming become gateways into expanded awareness. This chapter of the journey is devoted to the sacred runes Mannaz and Dagaz, two powerful symbols of human consciousness and awakening.Mannaz is the rune of the human being — the embodied self in relationship with others, community, and the greater field of consciousness. It invites us to recognize who we are beneath our roles and conditioning, while remembering that our individual evolution is inseparable from the whole.Dagaz is the rune of dawn, illumination, and breakthrough. It marks the threshold where darkness gives way to light — the moment when perception shifts and what was previously hidden can suddenly be seen. Dagaz carries the energy of awakening, transformation, clarity, and a new beginning born through expanded awareness.Together, Mannaz and Dagaz create a journey from self-awareness into illumination — from the human experience as we know it toward the possibility of who we are becoming.Throughout the night, waves of planetary gongs create an expansive field of vibration as you rest inside our Sleeping Temple. Rather than listening to a conventional concert, you are invited to lie down, sleep, dream, meditate, and allow the sound to move through you.As the analytical mind becomes quieter, the continuous resonance of the gongs can support profound relaxation, meditative awareness, vivid dreaming, emotional release, and a deeper experience of inner stillness. The journey begins in the evening with mantra, Kundalini Yoga, and meditation to prepare the body and establish intention. After sharing a nourishing meal together, we enter the Sleeping Temple for an all-night immersion in sacred sound.Through the darkness, Mannaz asks: Who am I?At dawn, Dagaz answers not with words, but with light. As morning arrives, we rise together for Sunrise Sadhana, kriya, and joyful movement — allowing the experience of the night to become embodied through breath, movement, meditation, and community. This is more than an overnight sound bath.It is a ceremonial passage through self, consciousness, darkness, and dawn — an invitation to meet yourself within the vast field of sound and awaken with a new perspective.THE JOURNEY6:00 PMMantra, Kundalini Yoga & MeditationOpening the body, gathering the community, and setting intention for the journey ahead.8:00 PMNourishing DinnerA shared meal before entering the Sleeping Temple.9:00 PM – 5:30 AMMannaz • Dagaz Overnight Gong ConcertAn all-night immersion in planetary gongs, sacred vibration, meditation, sleep, and dreaming.5:30 AM – 7:00 AMSunrise Sadhana, Kriya & Joyful MovementAwakening with the dawn and integrating the night’s journey through embodied practice.7:00 AM – 8:00 AMClosing Breakfast & IntegrationGathering together to ground, nourish, and complete the experience.WHAT’S INCLUDEDMantra & Meditation • Kundalini Yoga • Full Dinner • Overnight Gong Concert • Sunrise Sadhana • Breakfast • Community Connection • Sacred RitualWHAT TO BRINGPlease bring a yoga-mat-size sleeping pad, pillow, blanket, and anything else you need to create a warm and comfortable sleeping space for the night.Come prepared to rest, sleep, dream, meditate, and awaken.Space is limited.
