Leigh Steinberg Fall 2025 Agent Academy

The Agent Academy was created to train the next generation of sports agents and industry professionals with the practical skills and ethical foundation needed to succeed.

Over the course of the two days, participants take part in hands-on exercises covering recruiting, negotiation, marketing, branding, and agency building. The experience is designed to be personal, challenging, and transformative to equip attendees with both confidence and a realistic understanding of the profession.

Each Academy also features guest speakers from across the sports world, giving participants the opportunity to hear directly from former athletes, media professionals, and industry leaders about the diverse opportunities in sports.

At the end of the program, participants leave with a sense of accomplishment, new confidence in their abilities, and a clearer vision of their path in the sports industry. As one attendee shared: “This has been a really great experience, and I’m glad I stepped out of my comfort zone to be a part of this great learning opportunity.”

The mission is simple: to ensure that the field of sports representation is left in good hands, driven by skill, passion, and integrity.
