We invite you to an evening of Restorative Yoga, Sound Healing and Reiki. Thomaiyah will begin the session with a short Reiki healing attunement, then adding singing bowls that awaken and align your chakras as Talei guides you through a restorative yoga practice. We close with another short Reiki offering as you move into a guided savasana to complete your relaxation practice.
