✨🌙 Experience deep relaxation and healing during our New Moon Restorative Yoga and Reiki class with Jordan Wild, designed to harmonize body and mind. Bring a journal, pen, and meet us on the yoga mat. We will explore the astrological significance of the New Moon, practice gratitude journaling, restorative yoga, meditation, and Reiki energy healing.
