We invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in our weekly breathwork class every Wednesday from 5-5:45pm inside True Balance in downtown Newnan. The class is led by Ute Anonsen, Certified Breathwork Facilitator & Breath Coach.

This gentle yet powerful class is open to all and designed to help you:
✨ Reduce stress and calm the nervous system
✨ Improve respiratory health and breath awareness
✨ Feel more grounded, relaxed, and present
✨ Build healthy tools you can use in everyday life

Donation-based & open to all. Give what you can — and if you can’t right now, please come anyway. Those able to give a little more help make this offering accessible to others, and we are deeply grateful. 💛
