Join us for a unique evening where yoga practice meets the healing power of sound.
During the session, Mateusz will guide you through grounding and energising yoga, Breath work, followed by a deep sound journey with Iwona, surrounded by the vibrations of gongs and other ancient instruments.

? What to expect:
	•	Gentle yet powerful yoga practice, suitable for all levels
	•	A mindful breathing/meditation session
	•	tea break to connect 
	•	A soothing sound bath to release stress and restore inner balance
	•	Time to reconnect with yourself in a safe and nurturing space
      
? When: Saturday, 11th of July 2026, 6 pm – 9 pm

What to bring:
Please come in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and a bottle of water.

Mateusz – I teach yoga with a focus on mindfulness, movement, and enjoying the present moment. In my workshops, I invite you to explore yoga in a playful yet meaningful way – a chance to stretch, breathe, and recharge together.
Iwona – I take care of myself holistically, which is why I love to create workshops that nurture mind, body, and soul. Often, the simplest practices are the ones we need the most.
