🤷♀️😁What is Create and Connect?
This is an informal, bring-your-own-supplies session where you can work on whatever creative project calls to you. Whether you’re sketching, painting, journaling, knitting, collaging, or trying something completely new - all art forms are welcome! It’s a chance to create in good company, share inspiration, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of making art together.
What to bring:🎨
• Your own art supplies (whatever you’d like to work with)
• Any project you’re currently working on or want to start
• An open mind and friendly spirit!
• Optional: A drink or snack to enjoy while you create

Everyone! All ages, all abilities, complete beginners to experienced artists. This is a judgment-free, supportive space where the focus is on creativity and connection, not perfection.
