• National anthem 
• Mayor Taylor’s remarks 
• Cutting and distribution of the birthday cake (while quantities last)

• Live Canadian themed busker performance 

2 to 2:30 p.m.
• Canadian themed roaming characters
• Live DJ playing exclusively Canadian content

2:30 to 2:45 p.m.
• Live Canadian themed busker performance
