Each week a different topic will be covered that affects brain health, from sleep, to nutrition, to socialization and more. There will be group exercises and fun discussions each week. We will also provide hot chocolate! Not only is staying mentally engaged important, but participants that fill out a pre-class survey will receive a $25 gift card. Those that complete at least 9 of the 12 weekly classes will also be able to get another $25 gift card for completing a post-class survey. We're hoping to foster strong minds and community support, please join us if you qualify and if you don't please tell people that could benefit from the classes!
