AGM Update & A Little Learning Along the Way

Hi everyone, 👋 Just a quick note to let you know that we’ll need to re-hold our Annual General Meeting, as the one we held recently took place before the start of our new financial year (1st November), which means it didn’t meet the formal requirements.

Running a committee is new to me this year, and I’ve been doing my best to learn the ropes, especially around governance and compliance. I am grateful to Matt at the Shire of Ashburton for his expertise and support in this area. I really appreciate everyone’s patience and support as I continue to upskill and get things right.

I am really excited for what's to come in 2026 for TP BMX Club 🚲

Our new & complaint AGM is proposed as below:

🔸Come along from 6pm with the kids for a free ride & sausage sizzle.
