A warm welcome awaits at The Welcome Café, a weekly community space opening every Monday from 10am-1pm at the Community House, Peacehaven BN10 8BB.
Run by Peacehaven Town Council, The Welcome Café is a relaxed, inclusive place where everyone is welcome.
Whether you’re looking for a friendly chat, hoping to meet new people, or simply want to find out what’s happening in your local area, the café offers a comfortable space to connect. Visitors can enjoy free tea and coffee, and free Wi-Fi is available.
Cakes and pastries will also be on offer for a small donation -this helps to cover the café’s running costs.
The café also provides practical community support, including access to free pre-loved winter coats, to help people stay warm during colder months, free bread courtesy of Havens Food Cooperative, and every other week (from 9th February)- we are joined by Lewes District Council’s Environment First Team to answer any questions you have about your new rubbish and recycling service.
Above all, The Welcome Café is about bringing people together. No booking is needed—just drop in, take a seat, and feel at home.
