An evening to move, breathe, and be nourished by nature.
Join us for an uplifting yoga class on the cliffs, overlooking the sea as the sun begins to dip. We'll flow through an hour of feel-good movement, designed to leave you feeling relaxed, grounded, and connected. Expect a mix of fluid sequences, juicy stretches, breath awareness, and space to simply feel into your body.
As the sky softens into sunset, we’ll gather around the campfire for our sound bath — a moment to be still, close your eyes, and let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and chimes wash over you.
We will meet in Newhaven's community garden (BN9 9TE), exact location given upon booking. There is convenient and free on-street parking about 50 meters away, the walk to the garden is flat and easy.
The garden is private, offering shelter from both the sea breeze and the rest of the world, set back from the cliffs with a view of the fields, the sea and the setting sun. At the moment the weather looks absolutely perfect, sunny and light winds. But if that changes and rain is forecasted, the event will be cancelled with the option of a full refund either as cash or credit.
This class is open to all levels, even if you’re brand new. It’s not about perfect poses — it’s about being outside, breathing fresh air, moving with kindness, and ending the day in a way that feels spacious and calm.
Bring a mat, some layers for after the sun sets, and something warm to sit on for the sound bath.
Come solo or bring a friend — you’ll be made to feel welcome either way.
£22 for one or £40 for two friends
Bring: a yoga mat (if you don't have one I have spares I can bring), cosy clothes, warm socks and blankets.
Remember we will be outside so bring suitable clothing that is warm enough and perhaps windproof.
Payment is required at the time of booking and is binding. By booking you agree to the cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 24hrs ahead of the class you will get the full amount credited back to your account with Yoga with Ylva. No credit refunds within 24hrs. No cash refunds.
The event may be cancelled due to the weather. If this is the case, you will receive an email to your registered email address as soon as the decision is made, 24hrs before the start of the event at the latest.
If the event is cancelled you will receive the option for a full refund in credit or into your bank account.
