With a decade of mindful practice and teaching, she brings a grounded and compassionate approach to her work. She is devoted to growing a community of embodied heartists, supporting people to reconnect with their inner voice and stories, to step away from external noise and familiar mental chatter, and to listen more deeply to what lives within.At the end of each journey, she opens a space that is safe enough for participants to share, be witnessed and be celebrated in their process.Silence Into Stories was born in the summer of 2025 after Iran, a land she also calls home, was bombed. The noise of news and headlines became overwhelming, so she turned everything off and walked in silence for two days, crossing the English Channel into France before returning with a renewed perspective and a deeper connection to her truth and story. She later began sharing this practice with friends and now invites others who feel the call to join this empowering journey of connection.WhereMeet at Newhaven Marina (exact location sent upon booking). Our final destination is Brighton beach, in front of the Reading Room cafe.HowWalking in community, in meditative contemplative silence. The walk includes some steep hill climbs and steps, as a well as sea level walking. There will be a short stop off for a break half way. Walking at a moderate pace, but can adapt to the needs of the groupWhyAt a time where the world is drowning in sound, unsure of whats real and true, what is them or you, give yourself permission to turn down the volume, to move, to connect, and to return to the inner truth. Walking in this way serves as a powerful processing tool, one that offers space and time to walk through the monkey mind and the inner critic, to a place wanting to be felt and a voice waiting to be heard.Pack listPlease bring weather appropriate gear, correct shoes for long distance walking (concrete and grass) water, tea (if thats your thing!), and snacks for the half way break.Travel tipsTrains from Brighton, lewes, and surroudning areas to Newhaven run regulalry, or the bus (12 or 12x) from Brighton is frequent and reliable. Alternatively, you can drive to Newhaven and park there. There is free parking close to the train station. And return by bus or train to your car at the end of the day.Still unsure?This is a unique opportunity to dive into self, and listen to the true voice within, with and without judgement, and to share that with others who have been on the same journey. There is no right or wrong way to express; poetry, song, biographical, creativity, movement.... it's all welcome. Myths will be shared and prompts will be offered to support the journey.
