Join us for a transformative in-person workshop and discover Ba Duan Jin (Eight Pieces of Brocade) , the world's most popular Qigong form. This 3.5-hour session is a unique opportunity to learn this ancient treasure from Rhys, a practitioner who brings a rare and valuable blend of expertise: he is both a certified Shaolin disciple and an experienced Physiotherapist.

What is Shaolin Ba Duan Jin?
Originating from ancient Shaolin manuscripts, Ba Duan Jin consists of eight simple yet profoundly effective movements. Each movement is like weaving a precious silk thread into a tapestry of vibrant health, designed to work with the body's energy (Qi) to target internal organs, strengthen the immune system, and promote longevity.
