You will spend time with other women connecting, laughing and growing your community.When I’m not coaching, speaking or training I love spending quality time with my partner of 24 years and our furbaby cat Lily, my dear friends who are my chosen family and spending quiet time walking in nature and i love comedy and live music. I’m an introverted extrovert and recovering people pleaser and will forever be on my own journey of finding and reclaiming my true voice and sharing it with the world When women come together magic happens. When we authentically express ourselves, we ignite, feeling seen and heard helps us to know true support and feel at home in ourselves.
