Let the calming sounds wash over you, to bring about a soothing feeling of ease and calm.If you're in need of some quiet time to unwind, or perhaps you want to re-focus on your own needs in a simple and effective way, then I look forward to welcoming you to this Sound Bath.This type of Sound Bath has been shown to provide many benefits to your general well-being, including; relaxation, pain relief, reduced stress, reduced anxiety and muscle tension, improved sleep.No previous experience necessary. Bring your authentic self and an open heart to allow this ‘sonic massage’ to provide you with the time and space to just be.Please wear comfortable clothing for lying down. A rug, cosy blanket and eye mask will be provided for you to make yourself a cosy nest to lie on. You're welcome to bring your own if preferred.
