The human body langue piece is the biggest piece. During this clinic you can practice with one of my horses and bring the knowledge home to your horse. Liberty is great when dealing with weather and footing challenges…so it is a perfect way to enjoy winter! I am also happy to follow up with virtual lessons!

A horse at liberty in a large open space is an extremely honest animal. They tell you if you’re boring, if you’re too demanding or if you’re just not clear enough with your cues. The horse will also tell you where their energy level is at and if they are in a willing and learning state of mind.
For the human, no tools will help us fine tune our body language and help us understand our own energy and our huge roll in balancing both drive and draw with our equine partner.
During this mini-clinic we will learn about body language, drivelines and quadrants and how significant they are with every day interactions…but especially when it comes to Liberty!
I am a Level 5 Certified Harmony Horsemanship Instructor and our farm is the face of Harmony Horsemanship USA! I truly believe in the power of this training technique and am excited to share it with you and your horse! Chances are you should NOT follow GPS! GPS will bring you up Bruce Brook Rd
And it is closed in the winter. Please check your GPS, the only Route you want to follow (once close to the barn) would be Grimes Hill to Newfane Hill to Steep Way Rd. If your GPS does not send you this way, please let me know where you are coming from, and I will send you directions. Just so you know, our address is 211 Steep Way Rd Newfane, VT 05345 (once again don’t use GPS with out the information listed above. 😉 Also please keep in mind that cell service in this area is questionable. The only service that works at the farm is AT&T. My cell is (802) 345-1633 if you need anything! Most cell phone providers work in Brattleboro and Wilmington...beyond that service is questionable.
