Under the umbrella of Sydney Seals Freediving Club, we're starting regular coached pool training to help you refine technique, build CO₂ tolerance, and connect with a supportive local community.

? 50m Lambton Pool, New Lambton
? Meet 5:20pm

– Dry Training: 5:30–6:00pm
– Pool Training: 6:00–7:00pm
– Investment: $25 + pool entry

Coached by:
Michaela Werner — Freediving Coach & Instructor, Guinness World Record Holder, competitive athlete, and AIDA Judge.

Who it’s for:
✅ You’ve completed a freediving course and passed your pool certification
✅ You want to improve skills, technique, and CO₂ tolerance
✅ You’d like to train with other freedivers in the Newcastle area
✅ You are (or will become) an AFA + Sydney Seals member
