Water Aerobics

Water aerobics is for all ages! You do not need to be able to swim to participate. You will complete your aerobics in the shallow end of the big pool in addition to the kid’s pool. A variety of exercises will be given where you will be spending 45 minutes in the pool. This aerobics class entails a warm-up, six different exercises that address the upper body, lower body, or aerobic. You will complete three sets of exercises with a cool down. Modifications can be made to almost all of the exercises to suit your needs.

Cost: $3/Session
Location: Kozisek Aquatic Center
