- **Event Description**: It's our TENTH BIRTHDAY! Come wuther with us on Sunday, August 2, 2026 for The Most Wuthering Heights Day EVER in Newcastle. 

We'll be gathering from 11.30am for a 12 midday kick off. The usual run-through - warm-ups, run through the key moves, practice run then THE BIG ONE We WUTHER by 12.30pm. 

Now, if it rains, we'll wuther same place, same time the following Sunday August 9th. We'll also have a wet-weather space just in case.

Inspired by Shambush, this is a global event that takes place wordwide - and let's face it, Newy does it soooooo well. Everyone is welcome, the space is accessible to all and is a wonderful opportunity to channel your inner Cathy, pine for Heathcliff under the towering pines and create a magnificent spectacle! 
All ages and genders and abilities welcome :) 

This is a FREE community event run by volunteers and without sponsorship.

We will be collecting DONATIONS to be donated to Warlga Ngurra Women's and Children's Refuge to support their work in providing crisis accommodation for ATSI Women and children escaping from domestic violence.

**(Please note we are not professional organisers, this is a fairly casual, flashmob type event, and you are responsible for yourself and your property. Note there will likely be people photographing and videoing parts of the event, your attendance is your agreement to be filmed)**
