Taster Session Beginners Belly Dance

Meet the powerful and feminine art form of belly dance where art meets well being.

We will learn basic belly dance technique through playful drills and gradually open ourselves to find expression through movement. Build confidence and feel good in your body no matter where you are or where you think you should be!

Belly dance is inclusive of all body types (and no, you don’t need to have your belly out!) Movements are shaped by the dancer's form and becomes a unique expression through every kind of body. I warmly invite you to step into this supportive and uplifting community with roots across the world.
