Tai Chi classes for 2026 at the Y: 
Mondays Beginners:  12:15-1:15pm 
Fridays Beginners:  9.30-10.30am
Fridays Advanced:  10.45-11.45am

Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact exercise that supports balance, flexibility, mobility and overall wellbeing. Making it especially beneficial as we age.
