- **Event Description**: Gather at sunrise for a meditation for all life. 
Our Earth and all life, of which we are a part need healing. 
Together with hope and intention we can project and invoke a hopeful vision for a future where all life is valued and respected. Mike Kelly will lead us in a guided meditation which will transition into a sound journey led by Sally Novak. The ‘Love in Action’ Buddhist Affinity Group will be holding space with us. 
We invite and encourage all sound healers and musicians to participate by tuning into every frequency of the universe and transmitting our own medicinal sounds into our bodies and out into the shared space of all life. 
Bring a towel or cushion for your comfort. 
Bring yourself, your voice, your good vibrations and together in unity we will create a harmonic and healing environment and honour our pain for the world. 
After the meditation you have the option to stay for a 30 minute Kundalini Yoga Kriya for "Stabilising the Nervous System". This exercise set uses breath and movement and is accessible to all ages and levels of fitness. Modifications are provided for those with less mobility. 

This is a free event and part of the program for the People's Blockade. Everyone is welcome.
