- **Event Description**: Welcome to the 15th Anniversary of the Spring Drive Tour March 22 2026 Hosted by NW Citroen Owners Club, A "Panhard Paul's" Drive, Looking forward to this year drive!
 
 
We will start the drive in Newcastle WA at SUBWAY. I noted * The Coalman Cafe & Bar is permanently closed. We will still meet in this location.
 
Please use McDonald's across the street, use the crosswalk heading South to use the restroom, grab a cup of coffee or egg McMuffin to go!
 
You can also walk North to Safeway use the restrooms & get Starbuck's Coffee inside the store & pick up a snack as well.
 
 
We will enjoy scenic country roads, valley's, farm country, you may see various farm life en route, coal-mining historic towns from Newcastle to Black Diamond (Our Pit Stop) check out the Bakery, Historical & Society Musuem, en route continues past Franklin Ghost Town, Cumberland to Enumclaw for lunch as we end the First Weekend on a Sunday Spring Drive to kick start the Drive & Car Show Season 2026!!!
 
 
It's a free drive except for lunch, please invite your fellow car friends on the drive & you will see eclectic mix of cars from NW CAR CLUBS on the drive! 
 
The Driving Directions, there will be a Rallista App (Thank you Blake!) & Paper Copies (provided by Panhard Paul) for all of you to enjoy!
