Join us for an evening of hands-on creation where we explore the art of slitweaving — a method of cutting, stretching, and weaving fabric to transform a simple shirt into your own custom wearable piece.

This activation space is all about learning a skill, relaxing into the process, and enjoying the flow of making something with your hands.  

✨ WHAT WE’LL BE DOING

In this guided session, you will learn:

? How to make clean slit cuts
? How to stretch and weave fabric strips
? How to shape your design to your body
? How to use knots, loops, and simple patterns
? How to finish your piece with rings, charms, or embellishments

The focus is on creativity, technique, and enjoying the process — no experience needed.

$20 entry
+ $10 if you need a blank shirt to work on

You’re welcome to bring your own shirt (cotton or stretch fabric works best).
If you don’t have one, a shirt will be provided for an additional $10.

• your own scissors (fabric scissors encouraged)
• jewellery pliers (if you want to add metal details)

We will have:
