In this Calm Connections workshop, we gently explore:
� Sensory strategies that support regulation in everyday moments
� Co-regulation and sensory attachment — how your nervous system and your child’s are deeply connected

Because you can’t put a life jacket on your child
if you’re struggling to stay afloat yourself.

This is your space to slow down, reconnect, and learn how to support your child — by first supporting you.

You’ll leave with:
� Practical, realistic strategies for home (bedtime, after school, tricky moments)
� A deeper understanding of your own nervous system
� Your own Calm Connections Toolkit to take home
� A sense of calm, clarity and confidence

� Hot drinks & refreshments provided
