Meet Kristine – a highly experienced physiotherapist, Pilates and yoga teacher with over 30 years of clinical practice, working with both humans and animals. She offers a gentle, intuitive, and deeply skilled approach that supports the body’s innate intelligence to heal, realign, and move with greater ease. Blending traditional physiotherapy with subtle, whole-body therapeutic techniques including Cranio- Kristine’s work is both practical and restorative—working with humans and pets, inviting the nervous system to soften while the body finds balance and support.
