Frank’s therapeutic sound frequencies will entrain your nervous system towards stillness and Hannah’s gentle myofascial release techniques help to unwind tension and enter a meditative state where body and consciousness begin to flow as one.

This practice honours the water element as a teacher of fluidity, grace and release of emotional holding patterns. By attuning to the body’s inner wisdom, participants can experience profound calm, spacious awareness and a renewed sense of connection to the living field within and around them.

Please note, our 4.30pm MyoYin class will be cancelled for one week only for this event to take place.
