A workshop offers a rich opportunity to dance to new depths.

It is also an opportunity to dive deeper into the 5Rhythms®️ cosmology

Together I hope we will enrich our understanding of what it means to dance from the inside out.

We will spend more time practicing tuning in to what is happening inside of us and trust the movement that arises from this.

This is a great workshop for those new to the practice as well as those who have been dancing for a long time.
