Join the Newcastle Business Club for our June luncheon as we explore the importance of diversity in the workplace and how inclusive cultures can be embedded across organisations of all sizes. This event will examine what diversity and inclusion mean in practice, the benefits of getting it right, and the role leaders play in fostering environments where people feel valued, respected and empowered to contribute.

Through real-world insights and practical discussion, we will consider how inclusive cultures support better decision-making, stronger teams and improved employee engagement, while also navigating the challenges that can arise along the way.

This session is ideal for business owners, executives and leaders who are looking to strengthen their organisational culture, lead with authenticity, and build workplaces that reflect the diverse communities in which they operate.

Speaker

Jacky Morgan is a leadership coach, facilitator and consultant who helps organisations strengthen leadership capability, build inclusive cultures and create the conditions for people and teams to perform at their best.

With more than 25 years’ commercial experience across banking, finance, insurance and retail in marketing, brand, leadership development, L&D and cultural change, Jacky brings a practical understanding of how to align people and performance in real organisations.

Her work focuses on where leadership, culture and inclusion meet. She is known for translating complex topics like neurodiversity and inclusive leadership into clear, practical actions business leaders can apply in the real world.

Jacky brings professional expertise, lived experience and deep ongoing study to this work. her interest in neurodiversity deepened through her family’s neurodiversity journey and her own experience discovering her neurodivergence. She also founded Ausome Mums, a local peer support group for mothers of autistic children.

Jacky holds a Master’s in Organisational Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Communications and accreditations in a range of leadership, coaching and development tools.
