Today's activity is an introduction to using the pleating machine donated to NCEATA by Wendy Anderson. Kim and Jenny, members of the Smocking Guild, will demonstrate for us. This will be followed up in June by a Saturday workshop on smocking.

Craft Alive Preparation 
Bring your sewing kit, hoop and doily along and work to get it finished. 
This will be a good chance to chat and see what others are doing. you will be surprised at the variations.
