This is an evening designed for modern women who crave relief from stress, mental load, physical tightness, and emotional tension. Through a gentle, intelligently guided blend of stretch-based movement, intentional breathwork, and soothing meditation, you’ll unwind your nervous system, open the body, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, calmer, and more deeply connected to yourself.
Janelle brings over 30 years of professional experience, having taught in leading studios across NSW, trained extensively in both India and Australia, opened her own studio Yoga+, taught professional athletes including the Sydney Swans, and even delivered Yoga as an examinable college subject. Drawing from Ashtanga, Iyengar and her own unique method Yoga Stretch, Janelle creates a space that is safe, supportive, and profoundly effective.
