Community Day is back at Urth Fitness and everyone is welcome. Members & non-members!

Come and experience the gym with FREE ALL-DAY ACCESS. No bookings necessary, simply show up and we’ll set you up with a free day pass.

Your day pass includes access to the gym floor, gym classes (excluding Reformer) and Recovery Lounge, allowing you time to enjoy all of our facilities.

Want to take your recovery to the next level? Infrared sauna sessions are available to book throughout the day. Infrared sauna uses gentle heat to help you relax, unwind and support post-workout recovery.

You can also book a spray tan while you’re here. Our spray tan booths are private, automated and only take 90 seconds! Leaving you with an even, natural-looking tan without the need for sun exposure.

Bookings are required for infrared sauna and spray tan appointments. Call us on (02) 4047 2166 to book your spot.

We’ll also have a free snack table, prizes and giveaways throughout the day, plus local businesses joining us!

At 5:30pm, Everyday Athlete Physio will also be hosting a FREE Physio Workshop focused on back pain.
